About your application data

Ahmet Mert KORKUT is the data controller. Your name, email, date of birth, answers and application language are processed to assess your application, check the 18+ age requirement and contact you about it. Cloudflare Workers processes your application and stores it in Cloudflare D1 databases. A verification email is sent through Cloudflare; verified applications are reported to the [email protected] Google Workspace mailbox. The support notification does not contain your full date of birth. Only after an administrator approves your application are your name and email shared with Apple for the TestFlight invitation and target-group membership operations. Your date of birth, application reason and private administrator notes are not sent to Apple. Security checks use Turnstile, IP rate limits and an email hash for repeat-send control. Depending on the purpose, the processing grounds are Article 5(2)(c) and (f) of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

Unverified applications become eligible for deletion from the active databases 7 days after submission; concluded applications become eligible 90 days after conclusion. This does not automatically delete mailbox, provider or backup copies; those require separate cleanup. The cross-border transfer safeguard arrangements have not yet been completed. See the full privacy notice (Turkish) for recipients, retention periods and your rights, or contact [email protected]. This notice is not a request for consent; applying does not authorize marketing emails.
